Clifton is the founder and President of Paradigm Financial Group, Inc. He has 32 years of experience, not only as a business intermediary, but also as a business owner having owned nine different businesses nationally and internationally. He works closely with the accountants, attorneys and business advisors to insure smooth confidential transactions. His area of specialty is in manufacturing, distribution and service businesses with sales of $1 Million to $50 Million dollars in annual revenue.
Arnold Doby, Sales Associate

Arnold's focus is on achieving the highest and best results for clients in all tranactions. Using his business analysis and planning skills allow him to develop and implement custom targeted marketing strategies and programs spanning all industries. The use of creativity and technical experience is utilized in developing "offering portfolios" for our clientele. Arnold brings over 30 years of General Management experience in manufacturing and business brokerage to the table. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker License.
Mike Scott, Sales Associate

Mike brings over ten years of experience in dealing with small to medium business owners. He has independently marketed and sold consumer financial products as well as promoted benefit plans for Bank CEOs and Board Members through third party administrators. Mike provides strong decision-making leadership and marketing skills through communicating effectively with clients, peers and subordinates. He has many years of experience with income taxes and other accounting services.
Sarah Muller, Certified Public Accountant

Sarah is a graduate on NC State University. She brings to us accounting, financial reporting and tax experience in the corporate sector, individual and corporate tax experience while in public accounting and franchise ownership experience. She helps our clients in structuring difficult tax strategies and planning for life after the sale.
Steve Minnich, JD

Steve is a North Carolina licensed attorney with more than ten years' experience in assisting clients with the sale, acquisition, restructing or financing of their businesses and commercial real estate development and service industries. In his law practice, Steve has drafted reviewed and negotiated purchases, closing, financing and other documents for a broad range of transactions, and is closely familiar with the strcuture and closing of business and loan transactions. He has assisted many clients in their due diligence review, and is familiar with the issues that may arise in getting a transaction closed. In addition to maintaining his law practice, Steve is actively engaged in serving clients as business and consultant.
Gaye McKeithan, Office Manager

Gaye brings over twenty-five years office experience to the company, five of which were as office manager and eight years experience running her own company. At Paradigm Financial Group Inc., Gaye's responsibilities include the efficient management of the office, to insure smooth confidential transactions for the company and with the sellers and buyers. She maintains the flow of information between the brokers, buyers and sellers, handles accounts payable and accounts receivable and also does the bookkeeping for the firm, plus any other office duties that may arise.
