| Clifton Blackburn, President, CEO & Broker in Charge
Sold his first business twenty-five years ago and has never looked
back. Clifton is a licensed Real Estate broker in five states, has
been active in marketing limited partnerships in Real Estate, Gas &
Oil, R & D, motion pictures, medical technology just to name a few
and holds a series 22 & 63 SEC Licenses. Clifton has developed
& marketed large tracts of land and resort condos all over the US and
was responsible for the sale and development of the largest tract of land
in the modern history of Florida. In 1993, Clifton took a hiatus
from the brokerage business when he became a partner & President of
an exportation company in Central America, specifically in the lumber,
ginger, gold & shrimp industries. In 1998 he sold his business
to a Swedish company and returned to the M & A business in the
US. Clifton is listed in the National Register's Who's Who in
Executives & Professionals Certified Loan Broker
(CLB). |

Doby, Sales Associate
Arnold brings to the table thirty years of Financial and General
Management Experience with a Fortune 500 Manufacturing Corporation.
He participated in the acquisition of over fifteen privately owned
manufacturing companies to form a 400MM Manufacturing, Sales and
Distribution Company. His strengths are in the Financial/Analysis
and Marketing of Businesses. He also holds a Real Estate
Salespersons licenses in North Carolina. |
Mike Scott, Sales Associate
Mike brings over ten years of experience in dealing with small to medium
business owners. He has independently marketed and sold consumer
financial products as well as promoted benefit plans for Bank CEOs and
Board Members through third party administrators. Mr. Scott
provides strong decision-making leadership and marketing skills through
communicating effectively with clients, peers and subordinates. He
has many years of experience with income taxes and other
accounting services.

McKeithan, Office Manager
Gaye brings over twenty-five years office experience to the company, five
of which were as office manager and eight years experience running her
own company. At the Paradigm Financial Group Inc, Gaye's
responsibilities include helping to maintain the flow of information
between the brokers, buyers & sellers, A/R & A/P and various
secretarial duties. |
